About the Real Estate Investors of Michigan

Organized in 2004, the Real Estate Investors of Michigan (REI) was formed to meet the needs of real estate investors that rarely, if ever, rent. If you engage in wholesaling, rehabbing, leasing with options, optioning, short selling, land contracting or other types of real estate investment, REI is for you! The REI is an affiliate organization of the Rental Property Owners Association of Kent County, meeting the needs of real estate investors through distinct services and programs.

The meetings are also a great opportunity to find properties for sale that are not on any MLS. Each meeting also provides opportunities for networking with other investors.

Governmental Affairs & Lobbying

In addition to many of the tangible benefits of being a member, REI strives to address local and state issues that directly impact the real estate investment industry.
