Organized in 2004, the Real Estate Investors of Michigan (REI) was formed to meet the needs of real
estate investors that rarely, if ever, rent. If you engage in wholesaling, rehabbing, leasing with
options, optioning, short selling, land contracting or other types of real estate investment, REI is
for you! The REI is an affiliate organization of the Rental Property Owners Association of Kent
County, meeting the needs of real estate investors through distinct services and programs.
